The Taylors Story 
Taylors of Harrogate is independent family tea and coffee company from Harrogate in Yorkshire. They have strong family values, like a love for fairness, quality, creativity and the importance of treating people with respect. And they're completely, utterly devoted to the pursuit of extraordinary flavour. They started in 1886 and are famous for the Taylors of Harrogates brand, Betty's Tea Room and Yorkshire Tea.

The Problem

Taylors of Harrogate had a new range which was being produced on a hand packaging line. Although the volumes were growing, it was not enough to justify investment in larger machinery or to use their existing automated lines. They need a short-medium term solution, for use on ranges which begin on the hand packing assembly.

The Solution
It was a long journey, multiple site visits and lots of red tape, as you can imagine from such a prestigious organisation, but thankfully our machines ticked all the boxes and passed all the tests. We are now really proud to announce Taylors of Harrogate as one of our customers. The machine we installed has increased production on their hand assembly line and reduce costs.
