By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Refurbished Machines
2.1 Condition and Grading
All refurbished machines are thoroughly tested by our onsite engineers to ensure they are fully functional. Machines are graded based on their condition:
Grade A: Minimal signs of use, almost like new.
Grade B: Light to moderate signs of use, minor cosmetic damage.
Grade C: Noticeable signs of use, including scratches and dents.
2.2 Sources
Our refurbished machines are sourced either from in-house demo units or customer returns. Each machine undergoes a rigorous testing process to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2.3 Documentation and Photos
Detailed descriptions of any cosmetic damage are provided, along with photographs, on the product page for each refurbished machine.
3. Warranty
3.1 Duration
All refurbished machines come with a 6-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
3.2 Coverage
The warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover:
Cosmetic damage
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
