If you're ordering an item that we keep in stock, rest assured that we'll have it assembled, tested, and dispatched within 7-10 days. Depending on the size, we ship via Pallet Ways, and you'll receive a tracking number once it's ready to go.

For more complex solutions, please expect a delivery time frame of between 16-20 weeks. This includes the initial design stage, sign-off from drawings, commencement of production/fabrication, and delivery to the Scayl HQ

For international orders, our machines are trusted across the globe, and we're well-versed in safely shipping them to destinations in Europe and beyond. We partner with a specialist company to handle the transportation of machinery, which may add a few extra days to the dispatch process due to our meticulous packaging standards.


Upon arrival in your country, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

Returns

Items from the Phil / Seal range must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined below:

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
★ Returns for items from the LIN or MAX range are non-refundable. These machines are bespoke to your production line, undergo rigorous testing, and are unlikely to arrive non-functional with your product.
★ Returns for items from the Phil and Seal range are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
★ We strongly recommend consulting with a member of our team before purchasing an item. Our experts can provide guidance on whether a particular machine will suit your product. If a product is purchased without consultation, the return process may be more challenging.
★ If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to Scayl in the same condition it was received.

Terms & Conditions

If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged then please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
We can then arrange a replacement and collection service free of charge. If you notify us after this period then we reserve the right to reject your return.
Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen, they must have adequate protection and our packing machines should be returned with the transit bolts installed.

Before any returns are authorised, please send over as much photographic and video evidence as possible, either to our WhatsApp business number +44 (0)1748 349 112, or to our email address hello@scayl.co.uk.
Returns for items from the LIN or MAX range are non-refundable.

We ask that you give us a reasonable chance to put right any teething issues you may experience with your machine.
We strongly recommend consulting with a member of our team before purchasing an item. Our experts can provide guidance on whether a particular machine will suit your product.
We'll assess your return within 14 days of receiving the machine. Once our engineers determine the refund amount, you can choose between store credit or a cash refund. If you select a cash refund, we'll process it within 30 days of the final assessment.
We recommend scheduling a yearly service on our machines. This vital maintenance will ensure efficient running of the machine and continued reliability. See our Service Packages
Scayl cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting in improper use of the machines
Our machines are only suitable for dry ingredients and cannot get wet, other than general cleaning and wipe down.
Our machines are sold as Packing Machines
The scales on our machines are not Trade Approved so if you are selling to consumers based on the weight you would need to check the weight on a Trade Approved Scale. More information can be found on the GOV website.
Packing claims are based on comparison tests with our machines and packing loose tea by hand using a scoop, funnel and scale.
Our machines carry the CE mark and conform to the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU (Reference: LCS170518038E May 2017), The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU and LVD Directive 2014/35/EU (Reference: LCS170518002CS June 2017) under EN 61000-6-4:2007+A1: 2011, EN 61000-6-2: 2005, EN 61000-3-2: 2014, EN61000-3-3: 2013, EN 60204-1: 2006+A1: 2009+A2: 2010; EN ISO 12100: 2010; EN 14121: 2008
